Tom Lynch, Administrator
Tom is a licensed nursing home administrator in Massachusetts and also holds an assisted living license in the state of Rhode Island. has over 20 years experience in the health care industry. Tom earned a B.S. degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University. With more than 20 years experience in health care, Tom has been with Gordon Healthcare Management since 2003. Prior to joining Gordon, he was part of the management team for The Pointe Group, Epoch Senior Living, and Horizon Healthcare. Tom is extremely proud of the Bostonian’s family-oriented community. He is a certified Eden Associate; member of the Pope’s Hill Neighborhood Association; and active leader in the Dorchester community.

Kandace Frazier, Director of Nursing Services
Kandance started her health care career in the early 1980’s as a counselor for a homeless shelter and a liaison for mentally ill residents. As a volunteer, she formed a counseling group that offered support and guidance to troubled teens. She transferred a passion for helping others to education as an R.N. She has an extensive background in cardiac care in acute care settings, working for hospitals that include St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and Quincy Medical Center. Recently she decided to pursue her love for geriatric medicine and joined the management team for Gordon Healthcare.
